Dr. Lini L Alappat (Managing Director & CEO )




Dr. Lini took charge of KTS administration in 2004 and has been managing the company for the past 8 years. As a young dynamic lady with positive outlook, she was instrumental in taking KTS to greater heights with clear vision and mission.  

She holds a Master Degree and Ph.D in Life Science.She also holds Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management. She was a University gold medallist and had been a topper throughout her academic period. She has also qualified CSIR-UGC NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and ARS NET with Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for pursuing Ph.D.

Mr. Tom Thomas (Technical Director & CTO )

Mr. Tom is the Co-Founder and CTO of  KTS InfoTech and the Co-Founder of  Santhisoft Technologies.  He has more than 14 years of experience in IT Industry. He is the Chief Technical Architect of all products developed at KTS . He has proven track record in successfully executing complex system and application side projects on time and within budget. He had worked both in start-ups ( Infortech software Pvt Ltd) as well as in CMM Level 5 companies (NeST and Wipro Technologies) for clients like General Electric, Agilent, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Alcatel, Insurance Service Corporation etc.

He holds M.Sc in Physics with specialization in Electronics and M.Tech in Computer & Information Sciences from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), one of the premier institutes in India. He has qualified GATE with a score of 94.21 percentile (All India 81st Rank) for pursuing M.Tech. He has also qualified CSIR – UGC NET with JRF, and is doing Ph.D (Part Time) in Optical Networking with this eligibility at CUSAT.

His major interests are in Optical Networking, Robotics, Device drivers, Database, web applications, Software product Engineering and sports physics.
